XnView one of gr8 image browser and jpg editor.

For sorting and managing photographs I have found XnView as very good tool. It provides good image browser with checking histogram and exif data on the fly.

Its Jpg file enhancer is real easy and can do things I want very quickly.

I prefer XnView over Google Piccasa for it works in Linux and does not stay awake in background. Windows version also available. http://www.xnview.com/en/xnview/

Photo editing software

I have started using GIMP for photo touch up. it has very advance features and is free.

Over and above the regular resizing and croping you can do the levels/saturation hue/layers like photoshop.

Creating the technical chart online

I am explaining the process of making the chart
of the stock or index.

1. Go to http://www.icharts.in/charts.html
2. select the symbol of the stock or index you want to plot the chart of.
3. select the range of chart that you are intending to make
4. once you see that chart is of the range you needed save it by right clicking on the chart

once you save the chart the file. The .png file is available for you
to edit. You can use the mspaint (paint brush) to edit and add the
trend lines and notes to it.
